Intersect Las Vegas 2023, Diebold Nixdorf's annual customer event, was a 3-day program that enabled individuals from financial institutions around the globe to gather, share ideas and hear from each other, along with DN personnel on trends and innovation.
Across the industry, we are all navigating rapidly evolving changes in consumer banking. Intersect, allowed us to leverage this evolution and calibrate a future-proof business case based on global industry thought leaders and decision makers' real-world experiences. Thanks to our incredible speakers and technology showcase demonstrations we were able to provide our customers a premium level of innovation all in one place.
Over 250 attendees from top banks to small-scale credit unions participated in this program full of invaluable industry insights and connections. Throughout the event, attendees interacted in large group settings in addition to smaller breakout sessions or one-on-one discussions. Our customers were given the opportunity to provide feedback on the various sessions, their organizations' journey as well as the event.
This was my first time at Intersect. I have to say that I was really impressed how well organized it was in terms of demonstrating new technology as well as the level of engagement with all attendees. I was even able to participate as a presenter to discuss my organizations in-branch cash automation journey. The DN staff made sure that everything went well. It was impressive.
We have been a longtime supporter of Intersect. We have never missed an outing in our entire history. I appreciate not only the sharing of concepts and leadership and other thoughts around the industry, but the number of people that come year after year. It is a great testimony to the success of the program.
We love the fact that we get to hear other financial institutions experiences and learn from them, whether good or bad and see if they can help us also with our institution and help invent the possible.
This was my first time attending Intersect. I enjoyed meeting new people. I gained some valuable information to take back to my organization. We have been thinking about cash automation, so this event solidified our decision. I will sell the idea of getting cash recyclers or replacing the ones [TCRs] we currently have. I gained a lot of knowledge here and I can't wait to take it back. And I've met a lot of people, so that's always a good thing.
